—No forgiveness don't demonstrate maturity if it is not provided to the most eligible subject. It is important that who is providing forgiveness to whom under what circumstances to identify role and form of that forgiveness

Reason is that

If forgiveness, is provided to poisonous snake living in own home, is a sign of -idiotness

It forgiveness is provided to stronger by weaker than it si sign of -helpless-ness

If forgiveness is provided to deadly criminal for his heinous crime then it is a sign of incompetence

And

If forgiveness is provided to traitor and sinner is the sign of “immaturity” of a person

So

, all circumstances around “act of forgiveness” are needed to be identified, before labelling any act of forgiveness as a sign of “Maturity “ of anyone
